It's great to find a product without all of the additives and unrecognizable ingredients. I'm so glad Applegate goes to the effort of labeling "gluten free." I hope the sales numbers keep going up so that companies can justify the expense of being certified under the new FDA regulations.

I need to see if Applegate is stocked at any of the stores around here. So many meats nowadays are injected with stuff, so you never know, you know?

So glad you found this product. I love this turkey because of what it doesn't have in it. No additives, no sugars etc. I love this and so do my twins. Did you know that there is research that claims if Gluten free is on a label, even if the product is naturally gluten free, 10-15% more will be sold? I think we will be seeing Gluten Free emblazoned on quite a few products soon.<br/>I love taking it on a trip frozen, just brilliant!

Awesome! I love it when I read gluten free on a package. Recently I found Mystic Chips at Sam's Club and was so excited about seeing "gluten free" on the package I just had to buy them. Of course, turkey is healthier but I sure love chips...:)
