I'm so glad Applegate goes to the effort of labeling "gluten free." I hope the sales numbers keep going up so that companies can justify the expense of being certified under the new FDA regulations. I love this turkey because of what it doesn't have in it. No additives, no sugars etc. I love this and so do my twins. Did you know that there is research that claims if Gluten free is on a label, even if the product is naturally gluten free, 10-15% more will be sold? I think we will be seeing Gluten Free emblazoned on quite a few products soon.<br/>I love taking it on a trip frozen, just brilliant! So glad you found this product. I love it when I read gluten free on a package. Recently I found Mystic Chips at Sam's Club and was so excited about seeing "gluten free" on the package I just had to buy them.
