I have been gf for over 20 years and just this past weekend discovered something new that I have to share. While sailing I made turkey burgers (sun dried tomatoes, rosemary, onion, garlic, egg) which, naturally, were pretty moist and weren't going to stick together without a binder. I threw in a handful of Minute Rice and it worked perfectly to bind the patties. The burgers were fabulous! (I enjoyed mine sans bun.)

Thanks for this recipe! We make turkey burgers all the time but not so creatively as you do... I wanted to add that we had gf chocolate chip biscotti at Mozarelli's last year and it was the best I'd ever had! And I've had gluten biscotti in Italy. Dave and his wife are the nicest people and I hope to get back up for more incredible pizza one of these days....

Tiffany - glad to hear you liked the gf biscotti at Mozzarelli's too!

Nancy - it will definitely get easier. I am so happy that this recipe was a hit for your family. Let me know if you try any others!

I just made these last night (only my 2nd day being gluten-free) and I thought it was fantastic! The family raved about it as well :) Thank you so much! Now that I have to eat this way to get better, I'm trying to find easy recipes that don't skimp on taste. It's a bit overwhelming to eat this way at first, but I'm sure it will get easier over time. Anyhow, I just wanted to say thank you and I'll be trying out more of your recipes :)
