I visited the Irvine, CA location for a birthday party. I called ahead to see about gluten-free options and after the manager read off the list including all their broths, and we discussed cross contamination risks I said “so I guess I should eat before I come, huh?” And she suggested I do. I appreciate that honesty, but there was not even an attempt to accomodate. I went to the bday party, and our group was terrific. They let me fry a few pieces of meat before they started the tempura and they didn’t dip the browines so I could eat the chocolate. Our service was not that great though. I don’t plan to visit this restaurant again. Maybe if I’m in Colorado I’ll try again…
