Thank you for writing this blog. I have been reading the archived posts and choosing the recipes I’d like to try. I definitely connected with your posts describing the challenges of GF eating in social contexts. “Its the people, not the food” has become my mantra to keep from being frustrated. Being that you live in Manhattan, you’ll understand my biggest loss after being diagnosed with Celiac on 10.22.09. NYC bagels are my soul food. A sesame bagel with butter and a cup of coffee while reading the newspaper was one of my greatest joys. I mourn the loss. Keep on writing!!

I used to love crumbling Nature Valley honey and oats granola bars over Tillamook French Vanilla yogurt back in my gluten-eating days. Now, when I can find gluten-free granola, I love it by the handful or as a topping for apple crisp!

i really enjoy granola sprinkled on some fage yogurt with a little honey. or with milk. pretty much any way is good, though.

Wonderful giveaway, do they use spelt? Anyhoo, my favorite way to use granola is as the top crust for Apple Brown Betty, or baked Agave and Fruit desserts. Make’em all the time, so easy and everybody loves it.

that looks so good!!! i love granola plain or as cereal. but after looking at these photos – i will try it over ice cream! i haven’t found a “safe” granola locally, so this would be great to try!

I love to eat granola with vanilla yogurt and frozen blueberries. I can’t seem to get enough of it and I’ve been eating it every morning for six months. When I got the diagnosis of Celiac I thought I’d have to give it up but then I found GF granola. Would love to try these new flavors.
