I am very nervous about this recipe as nothing is said about the shaping/piping process which gives the coin shape. This does not happen with “spoonfuls”
All the photos show the lovely disks…the recipes do NOT make that happen. Try again!

These are fantastic. I am wondering, if I substitute agave for the sugar in the Fudge Almond Macaroons, because it’s a liquid, would I need to increase the amount of almonds and cocoa? Can’t wait to try it!

Oh, French macarons. I am working up my courage to attempt to make them. They are gorgeous and unbearably delicious. These are truly beautiful; love the colors!
