We have Goldbaum's gluten-free cones in every Stop and Shop in CT now, as well as Christmas Tree Shops. All the same brand, and made from potato starch mostly. There are regular flat-bottomed cones like the one in your photo as well as sugar cones. I've bought both kinds but haven't actually eaten them yet. I know, what am I waiting for??
