I was researching the area in Southwestern PA and came across Herbalicious.......one of the best places I have found and a plether of information. We swapped recepies and tips and I will definately be back. Her products were awsome. I then ventured to Gluten Free Oven, LLC, and was not so excited about the place. The prices were outrageous, and it was not a "shopper friendly" place and the stock was low and it was before noon. My bet is on Herbalicious anyday!

In Mt. Pleasant (Westmoreland County), PA, the best product for your dollar is Herbalicious. The gal is well educated on her products, takes her time with you to explain everything, and her products are reasonably priced and DELICIOUS.

Don't bother with the joint down at the bottom of town, it's overpriced and they don't have a large selection of products.

If you live in the Kansas City area Waldo's Pizza offers several gluten-free options; pizza, buffalo wings, desserts, and several beers.
There's a great little pizza place a stumbled on in Knoxville, Tennessee when I was visiting a friend. Roman's Pizza at 179 N. Seven Oaks Dr., Knoxville, TN 37922 (865) 539-1784
They have a Gluten Free buffet on Sundays. But you can get pizza any time as long as you call ahead of time because there is only one person there who makes the GF pizza.
They also make GF deserts and cheeseburgers!

When I took the first bite of my pizza I started to cry, I didn't think I would ever have real pizza again. The crust is great texture with Italian herbs mixed in. They have a separate oven for the GF items, a separate prep area, separate, everything and you can watch it all.

If you are going to be in Knoxville, I suggest you go by Roman's. The Pizza is great, and the man who makes the pizza is a trip! He is a New Yorker through and through, and he loves feeding you.
