Roman's Pizza at 179 N. Seven Oaks Dr., Knoxville, TN 37922 (865) 539-1784 They have a Gluten Free buffet on Sundays. But you can get pizza any time as long as you call ahead of time because there is only one person there who makes the GF pizza. They also make GF deserts and cheeseburgers!
