		<description>I made the jam - sugar &amp; gluten free.  Since it was my first jam making attempt I kept to the basics, though, and just used strawberries, pectin, water, light agave, and stevia.  I even canned it in a water bath canner.  I must say that it is oh-so-good!  FYI - I used this dish as inspiration for a dessert that I&#039;m posting next week.  I&#039;m going to link to this page &amp; will send you an e-m when the post goes up.  :)</description>
