Since it was my first jam making attempt I kept to the basics, though, and just used strawberries, pectin, water, light agave, and stevia. I even canned it in a water bath canner. I must say that it is oh-so-good! FYI - I used this dish as inspiration for a dessert that I'm posting next week. I'm going to link to this page & will send you an e-m when the post goes up. :) I made the jam – sugar & gluten free. I had leftover jam that used on yogurt and gluten free bread for the next few days.
