		<description><![CDATA[Mrs. Domina and I traveled from Nebraska to dine at Opus and have the pleasure of a menu-wide gluten free dining opportunity.  

Since learning she suffers from Celiac Disease, Carol has made a game, and great fun to the best of her ability, of finding gluten-free foods.

Opus exceeded our hopes, and sets a difficult expectations standard for all restaurants, regardless of menu specialties.]]></description>
