I was able to find some at Trader Joe's that was "processed on equipment that processes wheat." But I ended up using a concentrated paste from a Carniceria and using the stock from the meat and gluten free chicken broth to reconstitute it. <br /><br />Otherwise you can find a recipe and make the sauce - but since the rest of the process is so involved it would definitely be easier to buy a sauce.
