I really want to go back to Italy- I haven't been there since DH and I got engaged in Europe 6 1/2 years ago and I feel so much better prepared to eat Gluten free there... I was an experienced Celiac when I was there, but not experienced at researching gluten free restaurants. Now I think I would have a much more tasty experience! Thank you for sharing your meals with us, and have a good trip back!

-Sea
