That's so awesome! Your pictures are just fabulous. A Trader Joe's just opened in Pittsburgh, PA, my hometown, i'm so excited to go there and find some fun gluten-free items! I usually go to Whole Foods, they're a bit expensive for as much stuff that i get. I'm even more pumped to go now after reading your blog.

"The one bad thing about TJ's is much of their "gluten-free" stuff is cross-contaminated."

Sadly I had to cut out one of my favorite salsas due to their manufacturing procedures even though all of the ingredients were "gluten free" - I avoid the Trader Joe's items that are processed on equipment that processes wheat.

I've never seen those French rolls here... Might have to bug my TJ's to start carrying them.

The one bad thing about TJ's is much of their "gluten-free" stuff is cross-contaminated. If you look on the packaging much of what appears to be GF at first glance is made on the same equipment as gluten. For instance I've gotten extremely sick from their hummus. Sadness.

Also the Gluten-Free buying guides on their site and in their stores are BADLY out of date and sometimes even inaccurate.

Other than that, I sure do love me some Trader Joe's! We have a lot of them here, thankfully.
