		<description>I'm glad you have written this post to remind me of how to stay safe, even though I am well aware of how to stay safe.  Christmas and New Year give give me panic attacks every year.  I generally avoid eating out at this time of year though, because chefs are generally so rushed that celiac attacks do happen.  I eaither eat my own food or go to events after the food has been eaten&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;D :)</description>
