I just noticed that you can get 3 free deliveries from FD if you put the code “Truck” (or maybe it was “trucks” ) in at checkout. That should help to offset some of the delivery fee. We order from them so often, we have the yearly pass. But i noticed the fee is rather high for one-time customers. Hope that info helps.

We are a GF family…we don’t fuss over food, our challenge is simply to be able to enjoy normal active stuff like camp outs, ski team, swim meets (these last all day and you need to pack a lunch) , pond hockey, or a spontaneous dodgeball tournmament. Not to mention the everyday luxury of being able to send the kids to school with a “normal looking” lunch. Sofar Udi’s is the only bread I’ve found (thanks to this blog btw) that is worthy of a PBJ. We’ve been buying direct from Udi’s at about $50 a week for bread. Being able to purchase locally cuts out the massive shipping cost. 2009 was a great year for GF product expansion!
