Wow, I can’t believe it. Although, I must say, I can’t imagine they would be better then your homeade cupcake and brownie recipe. It will, however, be nice to have more mixes available when you need something quick to make.
Thanks for the news. I’m excited to try them.

Thank you for publishing the ingredients, I have been really curious to know what they are putting in the mixes. They are really pretty clean – though I think it is a shame they use tapioca as I meet lots of people who can ‘t digest this easily. Still, thank you to them for making gluten free living a little bit easier and thanks to you for your blogging.

I decided to make these cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday and omg! they just got out of the oven, and i had to try one. I was kinda scared since gluten free cupcakes sound NASTY! These are actually a little bit of amazing!!!! If i didn’t bake them myself I would never guess that theyre gluten free. My only problem is that the orange is a bit overpowering which doesnt go too well with the chocolate cream cheese frosting i made (oops) ^_^

Does anyone know what kind of sugar is used in the gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix? Because my dad is allergic to cane sugar (the most common used) and gluten. So I was hoping that this mix would do the trick.

Could you substitute So delicious coconut milk or coconut cream for the orange juice? My family doesn’t love orange flavor and I was going to make this into a coconut layer cake. THanks!

In your gluten-free cookie mix and brownie mix, is there any dairy in the cocoa butter or elsewhere in the product?
